Greater Pine Island Water Association, Inc. is a member owned water utility company governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board is comprised of two members from each of the three areas that comprise Greater Pine Island (Matlacha-Eastern, Bokeelia, and St. James City), and three members elected “at large”.

The Greater Pine Island Water Association is looking for members to serve in its Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee will help identify candidates for the upcoming GPIWA Board of Directors Election, assist in preparing the election ballot and participate in the ballot counting.
